Large folio original printers paper wrappers with title to the front sheet also written here is " For George Matchern Esq from Sir R C Hoare" to the top right hand corner. tatty to the edges, Title page + Dedication page + readers page (all three in red and black with strengthening to the hinge side. + x (some pencil notes) + illustration of the "Seal of the Abbey of Wilton" + xi + xii + 56pp, most of the text pages are in Latin and another language which I presume is Saxon?
