Condition notes: Green moroccan leather binding with gilt title and elaborate decoration to spine. Lacking front board. Rear board with decorative blind tooled and gilt borders, all edges gilt. Wear to exterior as shown with marks/scuffs to leather as shown. FFEP and prelim detached. Pages with two engraved title pages and 75 plates (each with two illustrations). Pages are only numbered up to p.56. Age toning and the odd mark/spot here and there, otherwise pages and plates are generally clean as shown. |
