Ebay Papersmith2 Sold 13/3/6
11"+ x 14.5"+ folio size Book entitled "British and Roman Antiquities of N. Wiltshire- Maps" published by the Reverend A.C. Smith in 1884. Inside, the longer title reads, "Map of one Hundred Square Miles Round Abury;Shewing the British and Roman Stone and Earthworks of the Downs of North Wilts". This book has no text but is loaded with about twenty very detailed maps of the area (see photos) Most of the maps are tipped in and cover most of two pages but there are four in the back that are about a half page each.  The pages are not numbered but it appears everything is there. Very nice and clean with a few minor non-detracting blemishes. For someone familiar with this area, this would be valuable information...particularly if you wanted to locate early archeological sites.
