32 oval vignette style titled engravings, some dated between 1871 and 1877. Printed on one side only. Original red cloth, blindstamped in black and titled on the top board in gilt. Oblong 8v. 14 x 19.5 cms. Top outside edge of the bottom board slightly damp affected, with slight bleeding of the red ink along the top edge of the last few plates, but not obtrusively so. Overall a tight clean copy.
Rare. Includes interesting street scenes, buildings and townscapes, as well as the usual public buildings.
