Spotted the book on ABE then discovered the Anthony's Books wa actually Anthony Chandor, formerly Bankes Books.
Most generously discounted 50% by Anthony when I visited him in his care home flat. He thinks the vellucent binding is probably by Chivers of Bath.

Neale's two guide books give an historical description and feature the works of art in each of the great houses. Sporadic foxing. Bookplate. Bookseller: Hugh Pagan Limited ABA ILAB (Brockenhurst, HAM, United Kingdom)
Book Description: London, Sherwood, Jones, and Co. (and others) 1824., 1824. A separate issue in book form of the sheets of the first monthly part of the first volume of the second series of J.P.Neale’s Views of the Seats of Noblemen and Gentlemen, published in parts between 1824 and 1829. For this purpose Neale had a special title leaf printed, as well as a dedication leaf addressed to John Farquhar, the then recent purchaser of Fonthill Abbey from William Beckford. Only three of the numerous country houses featured in Neale’s Seats were distinguished by separate publications of this nature - Blenheim Palace, Fonthill Abbey, and Thomas Hope’s house at The Deepdene, Surrey - and each of these publications is scarce today. Not in BAL Cat (but referred to in the compilers’ entry for the second series of Neale’s Seats, their no.2246). 8vo. (4)+16pp, engraved frontispiece, 4 engraved plates. Publisher’s printed boards, worn and soiled, and slightly splitting at joints towards of spine. Slight offsetting on title leaf and some minor browning at outer margins. Early nineteenth century ownership inscription of an individual with the surname Thompson (forename not easily readable).
