Copac only lists two copies - in British Library and Bristol

The copy in Bristol library is not recorded in their computer system. It is part of the "Green Collection" for which an annotated copy of "Bibliotheca Somersetensis - Volume 1 (of3) - Bath Books" by Emanuel Green, 1902.

The book has Emanuel Green's Ex Libris book plate on the front end paper. It is in a late 19th century half maroon morocco binding with marbled (combed) boards. The title on the spine reads from bottom to top: 1811 - BATH GUIDE - WARNER. The front free end paper carries a hand-written dedication: "From the author to his friend Miss Godwin 24th Nov 1824". The next page is blank with a list of local postal services on the back contained in a decorative border. A page of similar design is at the end of the book and contains a list of works by Rev.R.Warner. The works in this list are not dated but none were published prior to 1811. The folding map is opposite the title. Then follow the dedication and adverisement followed by pages numbered 1 to 186.

SMALL HARD BACK 6 1/2 BY 4 INS, LEATHER WITH GILT TO THE SPINE, THE COVERS ARE QUITE RUBBED AT THE EDGES,CORNERS AND SPINE AND WITH A 1/4 INS SPLIT AT THE TOP FRONT OF THE SPINE,INSIDE IS GOOD TO VERY GOOD BUT WITH A LITTLE FOXING HERE AND THERE, WITH A FOLD OUT FOSSILOGICAL MAP OF THE COUNTRY AROUND BATH BUT IT IS QUITE POOR AND HAS OLD NEWSPAPER STUCK TO THE BACK OF THE FOLDS

Appeared again 14/5/5 advertised by jgr8 (2179) (same seller?)
Slightly modified description, same photos, min bid £29.99
Buyer had returned because map was partly stuck to adjactent page.
Sold at 8pm on 24 May. Only 1 bid at £17.10.
I bid a max of £65 2 mins from end of auction and got it for £30.
Book turned out to be in a far nicer binding than the photo suggested,
improved further with a little feeding.
