Very Good/No Jacket. New Edition By John Britton. 8vo. Although there are many editions of Anstey's work, this one is relatively uncommon for having Cruikshank engravings. Britton has contributed biographical and topigraphical notes. The binding is recent and amateur, but an old title label is laid down on the spine, and contemporary marbled papers are bound in, presumably the original endpapers for this copy.
